This deposit reserves your spot for a taxidermy workshop with Simone! Simone brings over 10 years of taxidermy experience and 8 years teaching taxidermy workshops to beginners. She currently works with the Nature to You Loan Program at the San Diego Natural History Museum to help maintain their extensive taxidermy collection, and has hosted numerous taxidermy workshops and showcases throughout San Diego.

I teach classes at the Natural History Museum in San Diego, or your home or travel location! Let me know a few dates that work for yall and where! I have traveled to Los Angeles and the Bay Area to teach classes. There is a travel fee starting at $50 depending on how far away you live from San Diego. I am happy to talk about what that price is from where you live! I would need room for a table and there is some dust that forms with doing the mounting as a warning for the area getting a little bit dusty, I bring plastic to avoid as much as possible of that.

Parties of up to 8 are welcome! Whether it’s bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, Valentine’s Day anniversaries, or just a morbid curiosity in the art of taxidermy 1 on 1 or with a friend. We can also team up with our tattoo and piercing artists to create a truly unforgettable experience. Want to add to the fun with decorations or yummy treats? Just let us know!

For private lessons, the deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the workshop. The whole process from start (skinning) to finish (mounting) takes 4-6 hours. The price for each type animal are as follows:
